It was my first wax (ever) so I was nervous about what to expect. They use soft gel with the papers to remove your hair. They were very kind and constantly checked on me throughout the appointment. I got a laser Brazilian, and they honestly knew more about my skin than I did. They had specific lasers suited for my skin tone and hair thickness (very coarse, by the way).
