The sequences were so creative, fun, and flowy- they weren’t just a challenge for my body but for my brain.I haven’t left a yoga class feeling that inspired in a minute. I’ve never done anything like this before and Dani was so helpful and patient with instructions and individual attention. The silks are intimidating but are such a great way to deeply stretch without strain while they bear your weight. I will be back!!!
