visa alla recensionerThis was my first class at this studio, and I would say I’m not a beginner but I’m not very advanced either. It was a challenge, but in the best way possible. The sequences were so creative, fun, and flowy- they weren’t just a challenge for my body but for my brain.I haven’t left a yoga class feeling that inspired in a minute. Risa definitely pushed me in a way I needed- thank you!

visa alla recensionerIt was hard to find (look for the big red door) but once I was there it was amazing! I’ve never done anything like this before and Dani was so helpful and patient with instructions and individual attention. The silks are intimidating but are such a great way to deeply stretch without strain while they bear your weight. I will be back!!!
