visa alla recensionerJen (the instructor) greeted me warmly as a first timer, explained things to me and gave me a brief tour before class. The music was fun, Janes cues were wonderful and the regulars seemed to be having fun. I worked up a sweat, the class was about 35 minutes cardio, then some strength with weights, some cooldown, stretching and some core work. The facility was big and bright and clean.
