However , there was A LOT of people in this class which I personally did not like but there was still plenty of room and I understand that it was probably because of the time of day(7:30pm) and the location of this studio. As for the class itself it’s very beginner friendly and perfect if you want to incorporate some low impact movement into your day to just relax and unwind.

visa alla recensionerSo great! Loved the musical changes with the flow. She let people know that Y6 Hot is a flow that repeats no matter what studio you go to. It was a mix of vinyasa with traditional bikram poses. Heat was perfect!

It was my first time in this studio and I loved learning about ways to enhance our mobility for daily health or as a necessary step before doing more strenuous activities. The studio is clean and has extra mats for those who forget to bring theirs to class. I’ll be back!
