Also for absolute beginners this is manageable, will definitely come back

visa alla recensionerI rarely write reviews but Chanquito is one of the best trainer I’ve had in a while. I’ve picked up ballet again recently after almost 20 years and I went from being advanced to beginner again which has not been easy. I’ve been trying out different studios, teachers and level of class for the past 3 weeks and I’ve now taken 2 classes with Chanquito, one beginner and one beginner / intermediate. In both I found that he has the perfect balance of care, patience, but also making it a challenging enough class while also making it easily accessible for different levels. I leave his class feeling great, both physically and mentally. The classes are fun and relaxed while demanding enough to improve technique. I’ve found the class and teacher I will commit to!

visa alla recensionerMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
