visa alla recensionerI’d taken this class at a different studio before and found it really hard to follow since I don’t have a dance background, but Irene completely changed the experience for me. If you’re a beginner, she makes everything so easy to follow and explains every little detail so clearly. Her positive energy and music choices are such a bonus too!!! Definitely recommend 💖

visa alla recensionerMy favourite class so far! It was a special one, focused on progressive weight lifting: doing the same reps but increasing the load each time. It was really helpful because the first set was a great baseline to find your rhythm and after that you could scale up. And we did not use the steps so there was no chaotic transition of switching between mat, steps and lying down and getting up again. The entire workout was standing which felt more efficient and streamlined. I really want more of these classes! <3
