    Pilates - Mobility & Flexibility

    I’ve been practicing Pilates for about 2 years, but I rarely attend classes that focus specifically on mobility and flexibility. This is a Mat Pilates class, mats provided too. The environment is super chill, nice breeze, comfortable temperature, and such a relaxing vibe. Don’t let that fool you though… the movements were def not easy 😂 I hardly ever work on pelvic mobility and opening, so this class really challenged me. I felt so much more released after the session. Definitely worth checking out! It’s an all-women’s class, and everyone was so warm, welcoming, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Just one little tip: if possible, wear full-length leggings or yoga pants, as some of the movements involve sliding and swiping on the floor, so they’re much more comfortable than shorts. Bonus point: there are plenty of parking spaces around the area on weekend mornings, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. 💛

    Wow! Thank you for a good session! Love it to the bits. I love how everybody very positive & don't make me feel like a first timer! Cyrus very encouraging and attentive. I never did that much of burpees. Even i did the modified burpees. Kid u not, the regulars killing it! Some of them are around my mom's age but the energy over the roof! What a nice thing to see, big motivation to me today. Definitely coming back!

    I like Melanie’s classes as usual. Her class is very challenging. Studio, this is an advanced class, please do not recommend beginner to join this class, it is not only distracting instructor and other students, it is dangerous for the new student, plus you may kill the interest of a beginner to Pilates class due to the experience.

    I’ve attended Jack’s classes several times and have always had a great experience. What stands out most is how attentive he is throughout the entire session. He constantly checks on participants, makes sure everyone understands the movements, and provides clear explanations and corrections when needed. Jack has a great balance between being supportive and pushing people to perform their best. His workouts are challenging enough to make you work hard, but they’re always structured in a way that feels achievable regardless of your fitness level. You leave the class feeling accomplished rather than overwhelmed. What I appreciate most is that Jack leads by example. He’s not only a knowledgeable coach but also highly capable himself, which gives a lot of confidence in the guidance he provides. His passion, energy, and professionalism create a positive training environment that keeps people motivated to improve. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a coach who is patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping participants get better.
