My chest was sore for the next two days but after that, l felt better - which is amazing as I had struggled with the injury post-bronchitis for 5 weeks. She also checked my breathing pattern and taught some exercises so I could re-learn how to breathe. What I appreciate most was that she took time to fully understand my condition & injury history and pieced together an effective treatment session. So many questions I've had about my prev. injuries were answered in a very understandable clear way. Thanks for the great session
