It’s not the pose- it’s how your body is responding in every part to the pose. She makes the class go by quickly because it’s intense but yet so exhilarating and when you’re done, you feel such peace because you have worked your body in such healing ways that your body appreciates!

visa alla recensionerI had a great experience overall and really enjoyed my visit! The staff was soo friendly, and the facilities were clean and relaxing. I just have a few suggestions that I think would make the experience even better. The TV remote was difficult to use (you have to press and hold the buttons firmly), and the TV placement in my room only made it viewable from one spot in the sauna. The shower temperature was also confusing to figure out—I mentioned it to the front desk, and they agreed it can be tricky, so a small instruction sign would be helpful. I also texted the number on the website before my visit with a parking question but never received a response. The shampoo and conditioner were nearly empty and wouldn’t pump, and I wasn’t sure where to leave my used towels until I found the basket near the bathroom after my session. Lastly, it would make more sense to have Q-tips in the private room where you shower and get ready rather than only in the hair drying area. Overall, these were all small issues, and I’d definitely come back. I just think these little improvements would make an already great experience even better!!!!
