visa alla recensionerI'd like to provide a general suggestion as a neurodivergent individual. The balance between the volume of the music versus the amount of lyrics versus the instructions provided by the instructor are sometimes battling each other. I love bumping music in class. I love clear simple instructions.. I love inspiring lyrics. It would be best received if one stood out above the others at a time. Tonight's class happened to be very overstimulating and difficult to follow. Otherwise, I'm happily a regular and truly appreciate all the studio has to offer.

visa alla recensionerThis is a great facility. I loved the choices of equipment. I felt comfortable and welcomed there. The locker rooms are nice! Bring your own lock. Smoothie was great (they have a smoothie shop too) and also lots of hydration/energy drinks for purchase in a fridge. 10/10- will come again.
