First time trying heated yoga, and it was much harder than I expected. The studio was clean and well-maintained, with shower facilities and a changing area available for guests. The instructor was very accommodating and supportive, especially since it was our first time attending a heated yoga class. She took the time to give us a short introduction and made us feel comfortable throughout the session. I definitely worked up a sweat and left feeling both challenged and accomplished. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try something new and push themselves a little further.
