visa alla recensionerPulse is such a beautiful, safe and supportive environment that I felt from the moment I walked in. I felt included and a part of something special even if it’s just for the next 45 minutes. Grazina is such an amazing instructor, she made sure everyone felt safe to say what they needed and gave amazing modifications where required. She made me want to push myself and try harder while also ensuring form was on point, it was honestly so much fun, I worked hard and felt like a million dollars afterwards.
