Literally the only class and instructor that keeps me coming back to this gym. Maria is amazing, the class is fun and you can really feel the effects on your spine. Sadly the studio is not well taken care of. when someone puts their yoga mat on the floor, you can literally feel all the dust flying everywhere and it goes in your eyes and on your face.... 😶YUCK
