The class very well structured! The coach is always smiling and full of energy! I like the vibes of the studio. Everything is clean and the staff is very fast helping set up for next class. Reception very welcoming ! There is a nice clothe store at the entrance where if you arrive earlier you can definitely have a look. Pity I wasn’t in my best shape but definitely I’ll go again!

I would like to say even though i was late she still made sure to warm me up before starting to avoid any injuries which is thoughtful and professional. Also during the session she would make sure to go around to check if we understood the workout and if the posture is correct. You can feel that she wants us to benefit from the workouts and for us to fully push ourselves. This is the second time ive done this class in optymize fitness and you can see that their trainers are really professional.

Rex's workout was great! He is passionate about his job, and his workouts are always timed, structured, and intense. Hence, we sweat a lot. He remembers everyone's names and keeps on motivating us. His workouts are varied and different from one another whilst using weights, step, and/or body weight. The variety of workouts and minimal/none usage of gym machines - this is what makes me a repeat customer in this fitness center (as I don't like routine workout and hate gym machines). Thanks a lot!

I would highly recommend the All Star class, it was a really good mix of upper and lower body with exercises that were easily adaptable for all abilities. Sam and Tatiana were great instructors - super friendly and helpful and really kept an eye on our form to maximise each exercise's benefit. I'll definitely be back!
