Class follows a clever template with content and techniques that change every time, to keep you learning and improving. I get a mental and physical workout every time. Great atmosphere with other groups working on various equipment and classes, and large-scale setup is different every time, so the vibe is active and visually engaging. Everyone was so friendly and the ambience felt like “we are in this together!!!”. I really enjoyed this class. She creates an environment in which there is no pressure, just dance, expression and freedom. The people who go to the classes are wonderful too.
