visa alla recensionerJessica is the best. She’s a natural and her energy is so motivating. Her workouts are so fun, you hardly the time go by. I love the intentions she sets at the beginning. And her playlists always relate to whatever’s currently going on (eg. gloomy weather, superbowl). Best of all, my body feels super tight right after the workout and I instantly felt relief from the back pain from my slipped disc!

She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. visa alla recensionerReally relaxing, instructor was very kind and helpful. Small class size was great. If you are sensitive to dizziness though this type of class is not for you. The inversions did make me dizzy. Although you don’t ever have to do those, inversions were about half of the time using the aerial silks, so if you opted to not do those then you are better off just taking a regular yoga class.

I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
