Walking like a duck the next day? Peak fun. ✨ And Michel at Pilates Lab makes it even better. He’s calm, patient, and relentless at his pursuit of teaching us how to have a better spine alignment, somehow proving that suffering doesn’t have to be traumatizing, and that it’s okay if I don’t bend like a pretzel.
