visa alla recensionerI’m not very experienced with yoga but this class is great for all levels. The instructor, Ryan, is what makes this class so special. He is patient and his cueing is impeccable. But it’s his calm, soothing voice, spiritual guidance, and warm humor that will make you want to start every Sunday with him. The rooftop view is just the icing on the cake.

He’s pretty fast paced but he motivated me to get back into tumbling after many years of being away from it and he also gave me the confidence to try new skills safely with helpful drills to ease into them. Reading the other reviews, I knew Joal would be great, but I was still impressed! Could not recommend him more. He found tension I had forgotten I had stored!
