visa alla recensionerLove the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

visa alla recensionerI really enjoyed this class and the instructor was great. Really did a lot of breathing and flow through the movements. Personally had a great time though was a little nervous at first with it being my first yoga class, but it was a great space.

His guidance for each of the yoga postures as well as the breath work was much more detailed than that of most other yoga instructors. All in all a great class and my breathing has noticeably improved since the class.

I would take her class but probably not hot yoga. Bring a yoga mat and a big bottle of cold water. I finished mine before class ended. They also have showers

visa alla recensionerI can't say enough good things about this class. the instructor was wonderful, and the yoga moves were easy enough for a novice like me to follow along with ease. the sound bath was something you can only experience. There's just no words for it. I left feeling lighter and more balanced. I loved this experience and definitely will be back.
