visa alla recensionerI had good aerobic exercise by doing this type of yoga. it was fairly fast paced flow yoga in very warm (temp like 90-95deg). i am usually not a big fan of hot yoga but it was definitely good exercise. Jamie was a good instructor.

I think the classes are a bit challenging if you don’t have dance experience (or like me haven’t danced in YEARS), but that doesn’t stop the fun or take out the challenge. The instructors were very patient and open to questions if you didn’t understand a move or needed to go over a part of the choreography again. The space was very open and air conditioned which is appreciated cause i was sweating A LOT lol, it was a bit fast paced for me but I have never danced in a proper studio before. I liked how they were okay with mistakes and weren’t perfectionists or critical. 10/10 a great experience overall and a smooth entry too since i filled the forms online

The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. The instructor was great and decently easy to keep up with after catching on to some Jazzersize lingo. This was my first time trying Jazzersize at all. I took a low impact class to nurse an old sport injury flare up, it was fun and personally painless. I would totally do it again. 💫💙

Deandra happily answered any questions and was enthusiastic even when I frequently messed up. The class seemed to move at a reasonable pace if you've had experience dancing but it was a little fast for me. However I still enjoyed it and I recommend anyone who wants to take dance classes to come here!
