visa alla recensionerChelly was absolutely amazing! I really loved the flow, her cues were on point, her voice was so gentle and soothing, and the playlist was fire. Also love that she gave us the option to stay or play so that we can work on our advanced poses. The class was wonderful.. However, I think the Studio needs to be better maintained. The ladies restroom should’ve been cleaned up in between classes. It was an absolute disaster in comparison to other YogaJoint studios. Also be prepared that parking outside is very limited, But they do have a garage outside of the studio, which offers complementary parking for yogis

visa alla recensionerI enjoy going to yoga joint and I haven’t had any bad experiences. I just have a few tiny critiques. The only thing I was missing from the instructor Jas was a distinct personality of the class. I like when a yoga teacher has a special something they bring to the class that makes it feel like a unique experience or brings a special kind of energy to the class that makes the room feel like a place I can really let go or push harder. It that sense, the class felt a bit generic. Also I usually go to the last class of the night. The instructors always turn the lights from dark to blue so we can get up slowly and pack up to leave. But they usually say “it’s the last class, take your time, no hurry” and they leave the blue lights on. I’ve noticed that Jas also puts on the bright lights in the back of the room and really gets moving to clean up. I’ve felt a bit rushed the last two classes and the bright lights in the back feel a bit jarring to me. I usually enjoy taking five minutes or so to ease out of savasana and pack up. Not a big deal but not my favorite.

She gave minor adjustment cues that helped to feel more connected to the pose. I appreciate an instructor who connects with each student in class. Loved the breath work and shavasana at the end

visa alla recensionerI wasn’t sure this afternoon to take this class , and I am so thankful that I showed up . The class was excellent Amy is an amazing instructor, her flow was perfect from the beginning to the end , her cueing super clear , her timing perfect , she flow from the front to the back of your mat using the transition as part of the flow , took props to improve the poses she added balance and core exercises in between the practice and she was able to add a Detour ALSO to practice a head stance or hand stance, also in One hour she adjusted all of Us . I totally recommend her practice and if I will need to evaluate Her performance I will said this session was a 10 stars !!!! This human being has so much potential and knowledge. That her doesn’t know it Yet . Thank so much for this wonderful privilege practice you did it today in a hot Saturday summer , looking forward to catch up in another time with you practice.

visa alla recensionerLoved her calm, cool instruction and alignment reminders. The calmness of her voice prompts made it easier to focus & hold challenging standing poses, longer. I found the sitting, stretching movements on the mat to be a little rushed but then again it was an Express 1hr class. Overall, a wonderful experience.

visa alla recensionerThe class was great! it was my first time taking a cycling class - I arrived early, and was given a tour by the friendly gal at the front desk. Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!

visa alla recensionerI attended a group training class and I can't praise it enough. It was not only a challenging workout but also fun. Celeste, the instructor, was absolutely incredible. She paid close attention to each participant, ensuring we all received personalized guidance. We started on the treadmill with incline running, then moved into the weight room where she had multiple stations set up for a lower body workout. This class exceeded my expectations, and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be a regular attendee. Everyone needs to try this class!
