Her classes are suitable for all levels, and I really like that she gives clear and intuitive hints for us to mindfully adjust our pose. She also always gives plenty of options for those who want to be challenged a bit more. Really recommended for those visiting Yogahub at the Phibsborough studio.

visa alla recensionerAli was amazing!! This was my first Pilates reformer class and my first class at yogahub Smithfield; both were fantastic. I did get a bit confused with the springs and it can be a bit hard to hear the instructor because the studio is so large but she will come up to you if you need and help out. She was very funny and the music was great! Highly recommend :)

She was chatty and really makes her students feel welcome. The class itself flowed very well and was energy and breath focused, which was great. I will definitely be back.

visa alla recensionerWent to Hot Vinyasa Flow with Paul on Tuesday at 19.50 for a 70 minute class. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and has been designed with a lot of care and thought, and has a very welcoming relaxed vibe. Paul took us through a well thought out flow with lots of attention to alignment and a few challenging surprises thrown in to keep it interesting! He is a great teacher and is very welcoming to his students. I would highly recommend this studio. It’s right on the Luas line so very convenient with showers and changing rooms available.
