    YoRow - Half Rowing/Yoga - GoRow Style!

    Great workout! Newly into rowing, Garrett taught me a lot about the right posture and made sure I understood everything. The class was well-paced with some high intensity part, but very rewarding after completion. Will try to come back!

    Chris always gives a great class. His instruction is the most rhythmic/music-driven of all the trainers I’ve taken class from, which makes the whole class fun. It feels like we’re really rowing as a team. He gives variety in the floor work from class to class too, which keeps things fresh.
