    Great class as always with Mat, he has great energy and music but one thing I would like him to do is to say the speed range we should shoot for on the treadmill. For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

    KILLER WORKOUT! 💥💥 Not ideal for beginners- super fast paced & more advanced compound movements where you will not get form correction. You’re not sharing stations so you skip treadmill & go back to weight training or rest whenever you want without interrupting flow of the class- LOVE THIS PART! Super clean studio, water station, lockers, showers, luxe toiletries & ample parking. **Only potential issue for first timers- it’s super loud & hard to hear cues. Just look around & follow along**

    Great class. John was really helpful for any form corrections or pushing your weight/reps. The music was fire, the format was accessible but humbling, and everyone was so nice. Bring water with and a sweat towel - you'll need it. They have showers with everything you need, just bring a bath towel.
