visa alla recensionerThis was my FIRST time at JETSET and also my first time doing Pilates ever! It was fun but challenging. FATEMAH was a great instructor. She demonstrated how to do the movements and thoroughly described the form with words as well. She let the class know how long we had until we needed to transition to the next exercise. Before class, she came up to me to ask if I had any injuries or questions because the system told her it was my first time there. She asked for my consent to adjust my form and when the time came, she did so respectfully. Fatemah is very encouraging and made me feel welcome :)

visa alla recensionerTeressa is such a great and challenging instructor. The flow is excellent with a good mix of movements, holds, and variations. She is also very attentive to form and provides hands on adjustments if you’re comfortable. Love her class!

This was my first Pilates class and I was intimidated because I heard that it was all core and I am weak in that area (more reason to do it, I know, lol). She provided modifications to make it easier as well as more challenging. This class used foam rollers, exercise balls, light weights, and a ring. The class had people of various sizes and aptitudes. Mimosas and cheese were provided after class, nice touch. The owners (I assumed they owned the place) were also very sweet and welcoming. I will be back for more Pilates and Yoga here. 😊🙏🏾.

visa alla recensionerThis is a top-notch studio with skilled instructors who watch clients carefully and know how to cue. I love this class because it's challenging but accessible for an intermediate Pilates practitioner. If you are not sure you are intermediate, then you should probably stick to the beginner class and work your way up. The payoff is totally worth it!

visa alla recensionerTeacher was good overall - we focused too heavy on the Pilates ring for my preference- some of the moves I could have done at home on my own at home. When I come to a class I would prefer the majority of it to be on a reformer.
